GridM BNG · Observability

Answers, not averages.

Interface graphs tell you the network is busy. GridM tells you which subscriber, which VLAN, which ASN and why, in seconds, from live per-subscriber charts down to 30 days of flow-level history.

Illustration mirrors the shipping GridM BNG console. Identifiers are fictional.

What ships in the box

  • Real-time per-subscriber bandwidth, sessions and VLAN analytics
  • Flow-level traffic analytics: top talkers by ASN, country and protocol, 30-day retention
  • DDoS detection and auto-mitigation: volumetric, protocol, reflection and amplification
  • NAT port pressure with per-subscriber blocked-connection counts
  • CPE diagnostics and IPv6 adoption cohorts, exportable as call lists
  • Faults, IPv6 tracking and a tamper-proof audit log, all visualized in the console

Click a name, see the truth

Every username opens a live bandwidth chart with current rates against plan, uptime, addresses, DDoS history and NAT state. Zoom from live seconds to 24-hour history to a custom range.

Flow analytics in seconds

Top talkers by destination ASN, country, protocol or subscriber over 30 days of retention. A top-N query across a full day of flows returns in about two seconds, mid-phone-call fast.

Support without truck rolls

CPE diagnostics answer by MAC even when the customer is offline, and unstable-connectivity faults flag flapping routers with reconnects per hour, so you replace hardware before the second call.

FAQ

Observability, in detail

No. Live per-subscriber graphs, VLAN analytics, flow-level traffic analytics, NAT pressure, IPv6 adoption and fault detection are all built into the console. There is no Prometheus, Grafana or external collector to deploy and maintain. For customer portals, a scoped realtime bandwidth API is available.
