Shaping without side-boxes

Two-rate shaping and policing run inside the data plane, per subscriber, at line rate. The external bandwidth manager and its license disappear from the design.

Hierarchical by design

Enforce at subscriber, VLAN, port and node tiers together. Oversubscribe access fairly, protect upstream capacity, and apply fair-usage policy without touching individual plans.

Speed-test friendly

Burst profiles deliver the headline number the customer pays for when it matters, then settle to sustained rates. Plan changes via CoA apply in seconds with the session up.

QoS + plan enforcement, in detail

Shaping runs per subscriber in the data plane, so delivered speeds track the configured plan within normal TCP dynamics. Burst profiles are explicit and configurable, and the live per-subscriber graph shows exactly what a customer experienced at any moment, which ends most speed disputes quickly.
